Terms of Use

Version 2.0 — 25 July 2026

1. Scope

Publisher / Licensor / Provider: Emmanuel Revy, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), trading under the commercial name ProxCenter. Business establishment: 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France. Registered with the French National Business Register (RNE) under SIREN 885 316 455 and SIRET 885 316 455 00017. Contact: [email protected]. These Terms govern access to the ProxCenter website, documentation, customer portal and associated online pages (the "Site"). They do not grant a software licence and do not govern a purchase. Enterprise use is governed by the EULA; purchases are governed by the Terms of Sale and the Order. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent caused by your failure to protect credentials. The Publisher may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, comply with law, investigate a material breach, or address fraud or security. Where practicable, it will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. Closure of a Site account does not itself terminate a paid subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You must not obtain unauthorised access; impair Site security or operation; transmit malicious code; scrape or extract data in a manner that bypasses controls, impairs the Site or violates law; impersonate another person; or use the Site for fraud or infringement.

4. Availability and content

The Publisher may update, maintain, secure, suspend or discontinue a Site feature where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal compliance or product evolution. This right does not deprive a paying Customer of active paid Enterprise rights, which are governed by the commercial documents. Documentation may evolve; users remain responsible for their own infrastructure, backups and security.

5. Intellectual property and data

The Site and its content are protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except access to the Site under these Terms and applicable law. The Privacy Policy describes processing for Site, account, order and support interactions.

6. Changes and law

The Publisher may amend these Terms for legal, security, technical or operational reasons. The updated version states its effective date; material changes to registered users will be notified where practicable. French law applies subject to mandatory law. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable procedural law.

By using the ProxCenter Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
