1. Licence
ProxCenter Community Edition is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3.0 only (AGPL-3.0). The complete, unmodified AGPL-3.0 text must be included in the relevant source repository and in every distributed source or binary package, in a prominent licence file. This page is a notice and summary; it does not replace AGPL-3.0, which governs in the event of any conflict.
2. Permitted use and obligations
Subject to the full licence, users may run, study, modify and redistribute Community Edition, including commercially. Distributors must comply with the AGPL-3.0 source-code and notice obligations. A party that modifies Community Edition and runs that modified version for users interacting with it remotely over a network must offer those users the Corresponding Source of that modified version, as required by AGPL-3.0. Modified versions must preserve required copyright and licence notices and identify changes as required by AGPL-3.0. Redistributions must retain applicable copyright notices, warranty disclaimers and a copy of AGPL-3.0. Third-party components must be identified in a current third-party licence notice.
3. No warranty or support
To the extent allowed by AGPL-3.0 and applicable law, Community Edition is provided without warranty and without any obligation of support, maintenance, service levels or updates. Public support is best effort only.
4. Enterprise and contributions
Enterprise Edition is a separate commercial offering governed by its EULA, Terms of Sale and SLA. This notice grants no Enterprise right. External contributions are accepted only under a documented licensing grant sufficient for both AGPL and commercial licensing.
